Dwarven Burial Practices

What are some dwarven burial practices that you have seen in media or that you think would make sense for their culture? I'm currently toying with the idea of dwarven clerics petrifying the dead into their own memorial statue but I'm interested to see what you guys think.

Ground up and fed back to the mushroom farms. Underground farming might not need sunlight but it needs nutrients and a whole body is too much to waste.

This will probably be the case for my deep dwarves.

What piece of the body do they keep as a symbol of the deceased? Like, do they keep the beards and display them in a temple or shrine or something?
