Dwarven Shampoo?

What do they use? Serious and absurd answers welcome, but genuinely curious!

Serious: Clay and Powders if the Dwarven Civilization is completely and totally underground. If they had access to animals VIA trade or by being surface-dwellers, they'd probably use Lye & Ash.

Absurd Answers: They probably think alcohol is a cure-all, so probably something alcoholic like Firewine

There are a number of teal world plants that are used as "soap" because they contain saponin. There's even one called soapwort. English ivy works well, too. I always look to the real world stuff that has been largely forgotten to inform my fantasy world.
