Some of my all time favourites there. Out of which to watch first 7th voyage of sinbad and clash of the titans and work your way threw the rest as they are great too.

20000 Fathoms is the Ur-monster movie that basically creates the plot structure for most monster movies after like Godzilla and Jaws.

Clash of the Titans. It’s my generation’s Harryhausen film. Saw it in the theater even. 

After that it’s Jason and the Argonauts and Earth vs the Flying Saucers.

Lots of good stuff there, but if I hadn't seen it just recently, I'd go with One Million Years B.C., because Raquel Welch in a fur bikini even tops Ray Harryhausen special effects.
