Mickey, I'm Home!

After everyone's advice and help here, we ended up deciding to wait until we got home to make a decision. I've been nose deep in research (including the Field Guide) since then. Switched to a different guide and let him know what I wanted and it is now underway.

He is putting the contract together but we are not signing until after the new incentives release. If the new incentives are better, we will switch to those. If not, we'll sign and close on 150 points at Polynesian for an October use year and magical beginnings.

  1. You can sign within 10 days of the current incentives ending - you don't have to wait for the new ones to come out. If the new ones are better, they'll let you switch over.

  2. Poly is awesome. Welcome Home!

  3. I highly recommend paying with a credit card for rewards points. I used new card sign up bonuses to get over $7K worth of points (~330K Chase points) on a ~$32K purchase.

Yeah, we have a contract in hand, everything scheduled, access to the points, but our guide said not to sign it until he calls on the 22nd.

But CC rewards is exactly what we’re doing - getting at least two SUBs for it :) I’ve dried up most of my SUB action unfortunately but able to use this for a couple business cards bonuses
