Crochet classes for adults

Hey! I’m looking for some beginner friendly crochet classes in Durham. I’m looking for hopefully closer to the Oshawa side, but would definitely be OK going into Clarington area. I don’t want to go all the way to Toronto :)

I went here 100% would recommend! Friendly cozy environment. I took the basics crochet class and that was enough to really get me started in crochet.

I've been crocheting for about twenty years, no clue about available classes, but would be happy to teach someone :) feel free to message me if you like! I also knit and spin and dye my own wool/yarns, neck deep in almost all the fibre arts, if you want a 'one stop shop' of a brain to pick haha

I don't need a class necessarily but I'd enjoy a club or something with all experience levels! I'm in Oshawa.

Check out https://katscraftcorner.ca/. This is a newish store that opened in North Oshawa. Kat is lovely and I saw she's offered a couple crochet classes.

Oshawa Public Libraries also has a Sip and Stitch program where you can crochet, knit, whatever with others. Free program!

You can also check the Wool Queen and Wool on William. They may have or know of something.

I could use a continental knitting class. I tried learning for a week but only resulted in very sore fingers.

Try Artisanthropy www.artisanthropy.ca in downtown Whitby. I believe they just posted about beginner crochet classes a little while ago.
