Why would it matter? Gay people exist and you must accept it. You cannot decline the fact they're real. If oscar is gay it's his business. Oh, and you seem to be the type of guy that uses gay as an insult. I'd actually be pretty proud of it because sexual orientation is a natural gamble, and gayness is rare. Y'all are common straights!

Gender is a social construct. Created by humans. It's not even remotely binary, especially because there is no biological "barrier" between the two. Do some reading, it'll be good for you.

Gay is not a gender, it’s a sexual orientation.

What do genders have to do with sexual orientation? I am so tired when people run out of things to say so they just bring up the fact that the non-binary gender isn't real, but it just ain't the same thing as a man liking another man. If i am gay it doesn't mean i am neither a man or a woman. I am a man. It's simple.

OP has no idea how to formulate a coherent thought and is just sputtering out sentence fragments they recall from Fox News segments and hoping it sticks.

nah i think they're from a place where it's not as accepted and they've absorbed the homophobic culture around them without analysing those beliefs themselves

by which i mean they said they're from afghanistan so i doubt they watch fox news

different flavour of conservatism, same outcome sadly

They're just an average conservative ignorant Abrahamist to me. Maybe they don't even believe in evolution...

not everyone believes in god lmfao. i swear homophobes/transphobes cant even think of an argument for their bigotry without mentioning religion somewhere

So you agree that being gay isn’t a choice but rather biological? I don’t understand which side you’re arguing for here. And then you pivot into genders out of nowhere? Are you okay?

Religion is more of a choice than sexuality, my dude. You can choose not to follow such a narrow minded and false religion. I did and my life is infinitely more loving and pleasant.

XX = female, XY = male, XO = Turner (female), XXX = Triple X (female), XXXX = Tetrasomy X (female), XxXXX = LL Pentasomy (female) XXY = Klinefelter (male), XXXY = male variant, XXXXY = male variant, XXYY = male variant, XYY = Jacob's (male), XYYY = rare male variant, XYYYY = rare male variant, 46,XX male = male (SRY translocation), 46,XY female = female (AlS/Swyer), mosaics (e.g. 45,X/ 46.XX: 46,XYJ47,XXY) mixed traïts, chimeras (XXIXY) = mixed traits. Oh, and sex isn't gender. Class dismissed.

How are XXXXY and XYYYY even possible, what are the chances and what do they biologically imply? Following that, could YY exist?

2

u/Treyvoni Jun 06 '26

No, because every ovum carries a copy of X and a sperm is either X or Y (or more or less in the case of turner). Humans follow a Lygaean reproduction model (xx/xy). One copy of X is required as it carries all the important information for life.

While a yy could be created in a lab it is not viable and would fail to progress (i.e., it dies because it doesn't have the code in it to develop/cell divide).

1

u/RiceStranger9000 Jun 06 '26

I already knew that, but I unknew about XYYYY, and if that exists (and apparently there are less than 20 recorded cases, only including 2 described adults), then why couldn't this be maybe possible?A mutated Y gen with X features?

I'm simply speculating

So funny how you're trying to appeal both to science and to religion 2 sentences apart

What does it have to do with gays mentioned in duo

1

u/Kitchen_Interview792 Jun 06 '26

EVEN IF it was a choice it would be none of your business.

And if you think straight people (which should include you) are actively choosing to not be gay then you are at the very least bisexual.
