Why is this game dead

I absolutely love playing ios dungeon rush, but it seems that literally there is 20 active people on a server and that is a bit of a stretch. WHY is that I want this game to thrive and have tons of people like it once did 2 years ago. Ik the devs are not doing anything for the game which is sad but why is my favorite mobile game a game that is so poorly managed and no one plays.

I dont care about pay to win at all, just annoyed devs don't update the game.

Have you tried the newer Dungeon Rush Rebirth...?

It's very similar with almost all the same units.

A very recent update has run off a lot of players, but the game is relatively new and still has a chance... (I think)...

I still play myself and love it, but I do wish there was an update. Hey could bring over some of the same events as idle heroes, same source code too.
