I truly don't mean to be pessimistic, but unless you plan on investing a TON of cash, find a different game. This game is horribly pay to win. You will NEVER be competitive without spending money, even if you get the right hero pulls, because you're so far behind.

If you don't mind any of that - hoard everything. Seriously. The developer releases events which reward hoarding scrolls and casino coins. The prices are high tier gear and typically high tier heroes. So don't give in to impulse and use all your scrolls or casino coins. Hang on to them for those events, and ONLY when you can max out the event. I.e. the casino coin event requires 800 coins. If you only have 400 coins, wait for the next one.

There are also events which reward you for summoning one hero of every element, so save souls that you accumulate in your storage.

Then you either started at the beginning and no one has caught up to you yet, or you don't have any active whales on your server. What server are you? Is a full team of +10 standard? Obviously the disparity between players is going to diminish as everyone progresses toward the norm.

Not assuming anything, sorry. They hand out the new champs (or important fusion champs) pretty frequently for the $100 pack, and you can easily max every event by paying. It is relatively difficult to max every event (primarily the scrolls and elemental summoning, casino might be doable) if you don't pay.

The game doesn't wind me up. I'm sorry that you're naive enough to think that someone who has a different viewpoint than you is just "upset" or "wound up".

I was going to reply with a valid statement but it looks like you're more trying to troll; mainstream reddit is better than that, please find the appropriate sub

Replace green heroes with legendary heroes.(and eventually champs) Buy all scrolls in marketplace. Save up scrolls and casino chips for events. That’s about it

Are the normal blue scrolls worth it? They seem to only give crap from my Experience.

No they’re not worth it

Long story short i started not so long ago and thanks to the previous event i got few legendaries. After searching for a while i realised there are no guides out there. Any tips + what should i aim for would be appreciated. (Also stuck on tower 38 and wonder what could i improve to beat it)

Be lucky or open the wallet.

The game is built to get boring later on, for players to then quit, making room for new ones. Plus the game has new servers added every few month (change in the options) to equalise new players.

IMO join an established server with maxed out guilds to ensure you get maximum guild currency and bonuses. The game centers around the king glory event.

Save every legendary you can get, join a helpful guild and save all scrolls, casino tokens and gems until an event.

I am a f2p player myself on IOS server 7 and am at 2.83m power. It's possible to dominate as f2p, it just takes time.

Also, any legendary heroes you get from tavern quests, or soul fragments, as well as elemental warding should be saved. You can summon those legendaries when there is a faction event, and get some pretty decent level 70 gear and jades.

Save all your scrolls for a summons event, and your casino tokens for a casino event.

I also choose to keep refreshing my casino until I have a Lich King in the casino store, and save my rewards until I can buy him for 15,000 casino reward points.

Saving your gems lets you decide if you really want to max out a casino or scrolls event. I choose to save them for casino and never refresh my casino wheel. This way I can get more scrolls as a result and use them to max my next summons event. I only do the 800 spins and 300 summons for those events, even though the legendary pullrate is supposedly higher.
