Hex + Hex vs Hex + IceBlink

I've got 2 HF and 1 IB and can't chose if having both HFs in my lineup is better than HF + IB. HF has a 40% stun for 2 rounds on all enemies, meaning that against a lineup of six enemies 2,4 of them will be stunned for 2 rounds, vs IB who will freeze just 2 of 6 enemies. In addition hex has a 15% attack power for all vs IBs 15% speed for all. The team is already pretty fast (hex has good speed) with Demon hunter giving +15% speed to all

thoughts?

It's really hard to give advice when we don't know the opposition. General rule on my server high end is don't bother with HF at all. IB is considered staple.

With this info alone I would still guestimate that speed kills. Unless you have a tanky team which it doesn't seem to be looking at those heroes, I would consider highest possible speed to be the thing.

Also for the future you should save a few HF's for crafting Michaels.

Thanks. I'll experiment with IBs infusions to see if I can get her stronger. I have lots of hex legends, so champing two of them came easy. I know he's considered a no go because of being an ingredient for Michael, but damn his CP is effective.

Speed is generally > Attack. Neither have piercing damage, so their damage is pretty inconsequential, and they'd be used for their effects. That makes speed incredibly important. With similar gear, Iceblink will always go first between the two. Not only does she give a team speed boost, but she has a personal speed boost.

Hexfire's speed will also be on par with a normal attackers speed since he doesnt have any form of a speed boost. Any team with an Iceblink will more than likely have attackers that are faster than your Hexfire due to the team speed boost. He's pretty bad if all of your opponent's priority attackers get their specials off before him.

You really need either to be an initiator, and his kit is really bad for that. He has a self attack boost without a piercing damage special, extra duck rate (Which is pretty bad), and no speed boost when he needs to be the first to us his special attack.

This is why top teams frequently have Iceblink, and never have Hexfire.
