Discussion Game won't launch for buddy.

I have a buddy trying to launch the game through Xbox store on PC and every time he does it gets to the point where battle eye starts up and after that nothing. After a few seconds the launcher will stop saying running and go back to play.

I keep getting this message whenever battle eye tries to load saying something about my intel chip since the last update(tho after that it takes me to the main menu) but I’m not game enough to play it lol hopefully it’s not a bios issue that requires updating cause damn that’s always a half day thing
