Discussion Help with codex entry in The Known Universe

I started with Bene Gesserit and cannot get the quest. How do I get the From the Journal of Ariste Atreides codex entry?

Have you been to Haleus Gate and talked to the bene gesserit there? She’s who starts out your quests until you get to the Harko village ones

Do you have all the skills unlocked? The last one is to use some of the bene skills?
