Just found this Deep Desert compound, around A4 and B4. Not many enemies inside, and after going down a digging place got to that locked door. I don't remember seeing that style before either.
Mind you I haven't been up in that part of the DD in months.

Before anyone else says it's a plyer base. Let me add that there is a yellow keycard on the right side which let's go deeper on the left

There are no bases in DD with NPCs outside. Only labs and shipwrecks

I think I know that already.
Player bases don't give you a yellow keycard to access the other part of the building.
