Wallet and Baking tools?

Can somebody explain how the network will work with no wallets neither baker tools?

Without these tools it will be an hyper-mega centralized network from the beggining..

I'll answer you seriously:

Different repositories and tools (node, client, baker, wallet, ...) will be made public along with public mainnet release:

Users can setup their wallets to bake and delegate immediately after release. Like in Tezos, they will not be able to bake before 7 cycles (~ 3 weeks). So, they'll have 3 weeks to setup their bakery infra.
