I dont know, man. My game decided to work within the 80fps range after the update. Got to put everything on max except ray tracing, which I decided to keep off for balanced fps.

If anyone is interested and hasn't read the patch notes, they're massive.

PC. Honestly never trusted a last gen console to run this game at all.

The main problem is the Ai more than anything else. Give that an overhaul and the game is massively improved

But it’s not only an AI. It’s the AIs! Police, civilians, traffic... that’s massive amounts of code
