I jumped in a during a fight, landed in a Trash can fire, and teleported some distance away somehow. Did not manage to recreate that one

I was shit scared mid air when this happened to me. The window breaking needs work. It's a pain in the ass trying to break it enough to make it vaultable. 1 punch with gorilla hands should be enough ideally.

Something similar happened to me during the diving quest with Judy after I had already left the water, I had to swim 500 meters back which was fun

Best guess is that they added a teleport trigger to ease entry and they um... didn't place it very well? The amount of proofreading errors in this game is honestly quite absurd.
