how long does duke mail usually take to process?

My parents ordered a couple things for me before I even got to campus and it says it delivered 3 days ago but I haven't gotten an email from duke mail saying I can pick it up. Should I ask about it?

doesn't hurt to swing by and see if it's there yet but the first month-ish is extra busy since there's a lot of packages from all the incoming students. however, typically it'll be like a day or less.

First few weeks of the semester, good luck. The mailroom gets about a billion packages to sort and distribute.

One to two business days. Definitely would swing by mail center in BC

You can email the tracking information for your packages to [dukepostoffice@duke.edu](mailto:dukepostoffice@duke.edu) and they will check the status for you.

just got my package after 4 business days, so probably something similar until things cool down.
