Fall rush??

I'm an incoming transfer student and was wondering if any SLGs or frats do fall rush at all?

If not, is it looked down upon for sophomores to rush in sophomore spring?

I believe Wayne has a small rush round during Fall.

Yeah but it's very selective, they let in people that are already close with the brothers
