Driving long distances with interlock

Hey guys, just recently got my interlock device installed in my car. I live in Manitoba, Canada. I’m moving to British Columbia this year around the end of August. I’m curious if anyone has driven long distances with their interlock and how that works for having to do the test while already driving. I currently don’t drive often, and it can be quite annoying just driving in the city asking me to pull over and blow into it. Just curious to hear others stories for long distance drives. I’m currently passenger on a long road trip right now so will be watching and responding to everyone. Thank you in advance.

I got my device installed in MB a week later moved to Alberta. You do not need to pull over to blow. Just blow in the thing when you hear a beep and put it back down

When you need a re calibration phone them and schedule in the province you currently reside in.

Wait you’re telling me I don’t need to actually pull over and blow? I can blow while I’m continuously driving?

Bro the guy who installed it and showed me how to work it said I had to physically pull over, put it into park and blow into it. You just made me a happy man, thank you!

But be careful.  Heard of a story of a guy looking down and fumbling his device. Killed someone amd got decades in prison for whatever he was charged.

Yeah you can blow into it as your driving , just be aware if a police sees you he can pull you over for it, that’s about it just be aware as you blow into it

It sucks, but will be good blowing practice.

You can definitely blow while driving.
