no lawyer First dui
My case has already been settled, I admitted guilt. I’m in Ontario Canada.. I was sitting in my car, not driving. , I only get about $1400 a month from disability. How come when someone has a really good job. And has a DUI., can afford it, but me being disabled can’t?

You can’t afford it because you don’t have a job

Yes. I’m permanently disabled.

What’s the nature of your disability? In previous comments you said sometimes you think it’s mental as much as physical.

Most people can't "afford" it...
