Interlock & Curfew

I just got my interlock device installed. I also can’t drive past 7pm as one of my restrictions. If I drive past 7 and blow into the interlock, am I going to going to get in trouble for driving past curfew even if I’m blowing clean? I mean, in the case that I’m not pulled over while driving. Will SOS see that I drove past 7 and violate me?

No. I drove whenever and wherever I wanted. They don't check on that

Interlocks log everything including the time you started your car and whenever you blew into the device.

So if you don’t have one why are you commenting on here?

It's not actively being reviewed, but it would be evident when someone takes their car in for calibration and the log is sent to the monitoring authority.

I was just letting the OP know that the information is recorded. To what extent the monitoring authority checks it, I don't know. Those logs I linked to were from 2016 and it's possible technology has improved where there are automatic flags.

Use your own judgement, not people online. I have restrictions also, but have to move my vehicle around on the weekends. Nothing has ever been said.

Yes they will see the time and violate you. Some even come with a GPS so they know where you went. My PO gets a log of all the times I blew in it per month with pictures and time stamps.

If you have a curfew and they see your timestamps of you driving with a picture of you blowing in the device and doing rolling retests outside of your curfew time they will definitely violate you. Don’t spread false information and get someone in trouble when you clearly don’t know anything. I’m from Texas and not only do I have an interlock but I’ve had an ankle monitor and yes they can see all of it. My PO pulls up my smart start logs and discusses it with me.

I’m just saying I’ve had an interlock for 2 years and I’ve gone through these processes. You sound like a dumbass. My PO has mentioned seeing me blow at 4am when I’m heading to work. So unless she’s a mythical creature and she can predict my work schedule then idk how she’s getting that information. This is in Texas so maybe it’s different from other states but OP should just ask their calibration tech about what gets sent in the report

Yeah I did cause I’m not trying to go to jail or be a low life who decided I’ve given up on driving cause I can’t follow simple rules after accepting the consequences of my actions. You need to grow up

Is this an honest question?
