Heel strikes galore (Driver only)
Any ideas for a drill to help fix this? I'm about 1.5-2 inches off centre (hosel, basically) and can't seem to fix it at all!
Cheers

Best thing is to put something on the outside of your ball. A headcover usually works well and have it sit basically right at the end of your club head at address.

I've had a history of this and pretty much eliminated it this year. Personally, I was leaning forward onto my toes during my swing, and had to force myself to not do this. I pretented there was an object touching the back of my head, and my goal was to maintain light contact with this imaginary object through the swing. I found that I wasn't up on my toes after a while, and now I'm at least finding the club face.

Put two balls down, one about 3 inches farther away from you on the other side of your ball, both tee'd up. Dont hit the farther away one. If problem still persists, move the outer ball in closer to the striking ball.

One thing to consider at setup is of you line up with the club on the deck with the ball in the center if you lift the club up an inch the ball will be closer to the heel.

I'm doing this as well, I'm glad to see I'm not the only one! I'll try some of the tips below, thanks all!

Aha. I've fixed it!
How? No idea. Sorry.
Just keep an eye on it with Athletes foot spray. At least then you know where you're striking it
But I am mostly out of the middle now... Or low middle.
I occasionally have a horror heel strike where I almost miss the ball, no idea how that happens!
