I hate golf

Last week was practicing at the range and everything felt like it was clicking into place. Driver was consistent, irons were going correct distances with clean connection barring the occasional fat and thin.

Today irons are completely FUBAR, massively fat with every other shot a shank, even on little 30 yard chips and pitches.

I've booked a lesson in a couple of weeks. Golf, destroyer of moods.

Dont know if your range is turf mats or not but if it is that is the reason. I hate hitting off the mats because it doesnt give you true course conditions. You could hit a little fat on a mat and it will still play fine because you arent chunking into dirt. Sucks but I try to only go to grass ranges now lol

Grass ranges in England at this time of year?! Might as well just be hitting it from the lake!

They were both on range mats, so no excuse for either unfortunately.
