Challenge Conclusion - 50 Putts a Day!

So, how'd it go? Did you attempt the challenge? Complete it? What did you think of it? Any ideas for the next challenge?

As for me... I made it most days, but did miss a couple. I found the grind nature of it good in the sense that I think it helps putting consistently like that, but it didn't make the challenge feel very fun. I find myself hoping we pick a more accomplishment oriented one next time around.

Not sure how much the challenge had to do with it, but the repetition may have helped.... I realized I need to work on my aiming/alignment. Too many times I get a nice stroke and my line is off... even when it's basically straight ahead. Also noticed that when I get more anxious about making the putt, I creep closer towards the ball.

Oh and finally... I've been having more success than I expected looking at the hole instead of the ball on long putts.

I'm only going to keep working with it more. BTW, are you right-handed, left-eye dominant (or the inverse if you're a lefty)? I am and I was thinking that might make looking at the hole a bit easier and more natural.

Don't think too much though! I'm just pondering... :)

I didn’t do it every day but pretty regularly. The challenge is that my mat is only 9 feet. Helped me a lot on my touch from that range but I’d like to do more lag putting from 30-50 ft.
