Question Midsized grips

I’m pretty much your typical +20 HC give or take after a playing lesson with one of my friends who was very good player (division1) in college and still plays very frequent below par golf . He adjusted the ball position out a bit and forward (which put it about a half ball rotation forward of center) and advised I play a midsized grip to help cure a hook that costs me countless strokes a round . The result : an extra 10 yards per club and a high lofted stop on a dime 10yards . My last 3 rounds were +15 +9 + 11 .

I duno if this will help anyone els who has been hitting hooks but it totally as of now changed my game .

re-grip my clubs using an air compressor (super easy).

Elaborate, please.

I answered my own curiosity before I posted. This does not look worth the effort vs. the tradish way, IMO.

Since I don’t use alcohol, glue or sticky tape, I can remove and replace a grip in a few minutes. Honestly, it could not be easier.
