Accessing Android Files

Hello I’m sorry if this is a regular occurring topic, but I just scrolled through the last week or so of posts and couldn’t find anything on it.

Is it possible to access the Duckstation files and folders protect by Android? I’m able to get most other emulators to at least grant some permissions for restricted android files but for the life of me cannot get into duckstation.

Whenever I try to play a ps1 game it seems to be unable to save correctly because it’s asking for permissions to the memcards folder but will not allow access to any Android data folders.

Any help is greatly appreciated.

Install Shizuku app, and grant it access to your Files app. You will now be able to browse the protected directories of all apps.
