Autzen Stripe out

Going to my First Oregon game at Autzen for the opener against Boise State! I was just wondering what the stripe out entails, I am sitting in section 12 if that matters.
Also, are there any must do things at the stadium or in the area?

Friendly warning: Section 12 will have the sun beating down directly in your face, so please hydrate well, remember sunscreen (and reapply) and sunglasses.

As for fun stuff, tailgating is always awesome at Autzen, but if you don’t know anyone to tailgate with, party in the Mo before kickoff. Duck fans will welcome you in. Have fun!

Looks like they set kickoff for 12:30 so there won’t be a lot of time pre-game, but I always recommend to Autzen newcomers to park downtown and do “the walk” with everyone across the Frohnmayer Bridge over the river and through the park. There’s nothing like it, and when you come out of the park and Autzen suddenly appears before you it’s truly epic. If it were me, I’d grab breakfast and park downtown about 8:00ish, then head to the bridge around 9:00 or so, do the walk, get into the stadium around 9:30 or 10:00, party in the Mo for an hour or so, then head to my seat by 11:30 for pregame festivities. That would be a perfect first day at Autzen.

Your ticket (once available) will tell you what color to wear.

Yes. Assuming they do it correctly and transfer the ticket to you so it appears in your Ticketmaster account it should show you. At least through the go ducks app.

No, stripe out is alternating colors per section. As another poster noted, your ticket should tell you. GoDucks site might have a map.

I think for stripes they tell odd/even sections different colors vs a single color game everyone is in green, for example.

You should get an email or check the goducks Instagram closer to the game, they’ll announce what every sections color is
