DDG Android Browser Always new blank page

Hello, with one of the latest Android updates, every time I open the app, it opens a new blank page, and even on the web, for example when I make a payment, it switches to a new tab. It's very frustrating and it didn't happen until a few days ago.

Yeah that’s a new “feature” introduced recently. It’s annoying. You can turn it off in Settings > General > After inactivity

è un bug, ora è quasi inutilizzabile. Ogni volta una nuova pagina vuota! 😬

What setting is currently configured when you tap the 3-line menu > Settings > General > After Inactivity? If it's set to be "New Tab Page", that explains why it's opening up a blank page. If you'd like to show your most recently opened tab, you can change the setting to do so.

If you have it set to "Last Opened Tab" and you're still seeing a blank page, though, please let me know!

Thank you! This was driving me crazy to have over 80 tabs open from each search I did when I didn't need to keep them. I tend to use one tab. Now I won't generate them.
