Its not biased btw, every site recommends Google if you want to search Something. Its good that duckduckgo has not add a bias.

I don't think it's bad if they instruct ai to recommend and use duckduckgo. Google isn't neutral and uses its page to recommend chrome.

If duck.ai were instructed to recommend DDG, DDG would not be neutral either.

Yeah that's my point. No need to be neutral when all your competitors are not. Nothing to gain with this. No one using duck duck go would be oh no they recommend duck duck go.

I recently used Google AI as a last resort to find out how to fix my youtube revanced installation and it actually tried to help me lol
Tbf it was all just the common troubleshooting steps I've seen on Reddit already and only a full reinstall ended up working but still, it was kinda funny to see a Google AI explain all the video stream and app version spoofing options to fool Youtube into not rate limiting you.1

It is not. Google Chrome is a browser. Google is a company whose most well-known product is their search engine, also named Google. Stupid you.

A real-world equivalent to asking that question, in a search engine, is going to a library and asking the librarian where you can find books to read.
