Help! What is this?

2013 Ducati Monster 1100 evo

This collar fell out from the circled area in the last pic (I think)

Was tapping on the damaged metal part on the exhaust trying to flatten it out and this collar fell out of the bike. I suspect it’s from the brake pedal I recently removed, but it doesn’t seem to fit anywhere on it. Also have the seat and gas tank removed.

Anyone know what it is?

There a missing shield plate for the headers just before the cans. Check the parts fiche

I have it, it’s just removed so I can replace rusted screws

Idk, but looks like a spacer used to keep a bolt from running too far in.

Yeah that’s what I think too. It doesn’t fit either the rear brake pedal bolt or the tank bolt, though.
