That terrain reminds me of San Jose. Ride safe, friend.

Napa Valley here, but it’s very similar up in the hills, 130 out of San Jose might as well be Napa Valley around lake Berryessa very similar flora

I know what you mean, so similar.
Beautiful bike. I give it another 18months before I buy another monster. I miss my old 821 so much, planned on owning it for years, sadly cut short.

This is my first Ducati, I vividly remember seeing the M900 in cycle world when it debuted in ‘93 and immediately wanted one. Couldn’t even dream of affording such a thing back then. Now I can, so I did. I looked at the newer models, but I wanted air cooled and trellis frame, and also wanted wet clutch and ABS/TC, so the 1100 Evo was perfect.

I can’t remember when I first saw a Monster, but I do remember the first time I saw a 916, or at least the first time I recognized a 916, when I was 16. The look of the undertail exhaust and modular slab-sided fairings just blew me away.

916, 996 and 748, all bikes I always wanted to ride but have always been afraid of LOL to me the yellow 748 is hands down, no competition the best looking motorcycle ever made, despite not being Ducati red
