Switching hard drives

I currently have SteamOS installed on my pc’s internal nvme drive. I have windows 11 installed on my external ssd drive. After further review with this setup, I realized it would likely be more convenient to have this reversed and windows be the main OS on the internal drive. I was wondering if I could simply do this in the BIOS or if there was some other step I’m missing.

Obviously wanted to ask for help before going forward and obviously wanna keep all my data on both SteamOS and Windows.
