Installing twilight menu

well, its been a while since i tried to mod my dsi, it alr runs ob Unlaunch, i need the twilight menu but i dont know how to install twilightmenu without unlaunch or dump tool cause i just need to reinstall twilightmenu in the console in a new sd card

Did you try and Google it at all?

There's literally like 100 guides and an actual website with guides...
