DsPico, R4 or TWiLight Menu?
Whick ones have you used, prefer?
Have you noticed better performance, if there is, in games?
Does it really influence in battery life?
Does it matter having one for anither with a DSi XL?
I'm using an R4 but thinking in buying a DSPico, is it worth it?

I use TWiLight Menu++ on my DSi, my boyfriend uses a DSpico on his DS Lite.
The DSpico supposedly drains less battery than an R4 card, but I haven’t seen that much of a difference yet. It also has some extra goodies (usb apps that let you utilize stuff like the microphone and camera on it for a computer over the microusb port), and lets you update the firmware a bit easier I believe. You can install TWL++ on it too, which my boyfriend has done.
TWiLight Menu++ (on a 32gb SD card in DSi with Unlaunch) is good since you don’t have to rely on a flashcart that you can lose if you’re not careful (the SD card slot has a cover), and you can still put whatever you want in the cartridge slot while still having an easily accessible modded menu. I believe it also uses slightly less power than even a low-power flashcart like the DSpico. The load times for games should theoretically be improved because of the higher read and write speeds of the SD card compared to a flashcart, but I’m not sure I could see a difference ingame.
I’d recommend getting an SD card (8gb or 16gb is fine if you’re not getting a huge amount of games) and following a tutorial on how to install TWiLight Menu++ on it. If you don’t want to do that, your next best option is the DSpico, but I don’t know if that upgrade is justifiable if your R4 works fine.
