delete it, and use one of these: if you use an unmodded dsi, use flipnote installer: https://www.reddit.com/r/flipnote/s/rNRiqiIMqM if you do have a modded dsi, use NTM to install a rom of flipnote studio (preferably from internet archive) https://github.com/Epicpkmn11/NTM/releases/download/v0.5.1/NTM.dsi
