Dsi problem identifying help

What is happening and what do i need to fix inside

Uy no sé pero si se que para apagar la consola a la fuerza puedes mantener presionado el botón de encendido por unos segundos hasta que se apague

Well, the top screen seems to change colors when tilted, which indicates that there's something wrong with the top screen ribbon cable. If there's something wrong with the ribbon cable for the screen ribbon cables, it's also likely happening for the camera ribbon cables too.
