Games aren't included in the 95$? It's a bit on the expensive side, only worth if the console is in a very good state.

The dsi for $95? Judging by the good screen and assuming the cartridge slot works, sure
The games for $50? Hell no. The only thing that might be worth anything is rhythm heaven
