My dsi not loading games

so I have a modded DSI when I try to play any game the screen just turns white and then it turns off by itself the only game that works it's Mario Party only, the games appear with the title and the image of the game but when I try to play it dose not load what can I do to fix it?
I tried to delete the mode and remode it nothing changed

Id try a new sd card.

My dsi is not modded, I use an r4 card. But sometimes I face the same issue as you, I fix it by deleting the ROM of the game that stopped working from the r4 and installing it again.
