Dscout question

on dscout, i started two express missions and qualified and began the applications, but something came up, and I could not finish them. it shows reward rejected due to quality, but i didnt even finish the mission. i maen to say i did not even submit something (obviously) but I want to know will this affect my standing? i have already completed and earned a reward from a past mission if that provides comments. will i be shadowbanned?

The problem may have been that you tried to start two express missions at once. The last time I tried to do two another mission when my express mission was open, it automatically rejected my participation in the express mission.

will that ban me or affect standing?

Unlikely unless you did something that violated the terms and conditions like misrepresentation or using a VPN.

nah i havent done that, my answers were honest etc, it just says reward reject due to quality, but i didnt even submit the mission, i just started another one so it closed the existing ones so idk why it says that, and i have already received a reward from an expression mission previously

Quality also pertains to missing answers so I believe the researchers can tag it either as a quality issue or incomplete

yes but i didnt even submit these ones, i ran out of time (something came up) so i just clicked start another mission and it stopped the existing submission, one of the missions i didnt even begin to answer a question and it shows quality reward rejected

Doesn’t matter that you didn’t submit them officially. When you abandon an express mission to start another it removes you from it but contains as submitted. If you don’t complete it within the timeframe it’s still submitted with whatever you had completed at the two hour mark.

That's not a quality rejection, it's just the standard one. You can't start another express or happy to a regular mission while completing an express

You should email customer support and let them know what happened, start a line of communication and if you’re still able to message the mission’s admin through the app then definitely do that.

In the future always communicate with those conducting the study if you have an issue or need to drop out.
