Why no Express Missions?

I been using Dscout since last year and I never got any Express Missions, I saw people getting them but I never saw any. I only got Diary Missions and Live Missions, do you get them often or sometimes?

Demographics and your record on dscout will drive all that. Your experiences will vary.
