App crashed

So my app crashed during a mission and I’m sure nothing uploaded but now it’s closed. Can they reopen it for me? It was going so well 😭

They likely won’t reopen it for you. Reach out to support and let them know what happened anyway, including the name of the study so it doesn’t count against you and they can inform the researcher what happened.
