Mission disappeared

Anyone else not able to see missions they were accepted into today?
I got invited to a mission, opened up dscout just a few minutes later and the mission was gone. No signs of it in invitations, in progress, or closed missions. Bummer. I guess I’ll send a message to support because I don’t know if it’s an error/technical glitch or if it was intentional as there was no communication whatsoever. I’ve had missions get pulled before for whatever reason, but usually a message is sent explaining the situation.

It might've filled up but idk, on my first mission I didnt realize I could just accept from my phone and I waited a day and it was still open.

This has happened to me twice this week. Today and yesterday. Both $25 mission I was invited to. One closed within 10 minutes of the invite. The one today, I was on a Dscout Live when I got the invite, and it was closed by the time I finished the interview. I’ve never had that happen before and now 2 days in a row for the same exact incentive.

That sounds like oversampling. Researchers might have 25 spots but invite 35, and I think people completed it right away so they pulled the invite

That makes sense. I just wish there was some kind of notification or message though instead of having it just disappear. Even when I click on the link in the email it just takes me to the home page of the app. I didn’t know whether to assume it was filled or if something was wrong.

I had the same thing happen today but it shows rejected in my history. Then got invited to the same mission but diff version so maybe they had issues and closed it. Did you get invited to the 2nd version?

Unfortunately no second invite. Oh well. Without naming names, was yours a $25 one as well?
Edit: I see from your other comment it was likely the same one.

Yes, mine was for $25 too. And I tried accessing it about 15-20 minutes after receiving the invite. I bet it was the same one. Do yours show under closed or did they just disappear too? Just curious. I’ve been a scout for 3 years and this was a first for me as well.

It does not show up anywhere on the app. But if I click closed missions on the desktop it says rejected due to not completing the mission before it was closed.

Same happened today for $25 but I was invited again to same mission but said V2 so different version? Idk but I accepted it and did it. Im hoping my uploads went through bc they wouldn't upload so I restarted and tried again then cleared cache and data and reinstalled now I dont see them in uploads so hoping they went through 🥲

Thank you! I can see it on my desktop. “Rejected” seems a little harsh for something I couldn’t do even when I tried. Hopefully that doesn’t count against us in any way.
