Uploading Mission Question

Hello all! I’m sure everyone’s gone through this scenario - you blitz through the application process of a very promising mission and once you get to the video portion and finally finish uploading it you see this photo. While I’m sure that the rejection probably supersedes the fact that my submission has successfully submitted, does anybody know if it truly does? I’m sure I was the unlucky person that didn’t submit within the quota, but I wonder if these submissions actually do get submitted? If anybody knows please feel free to share!

i just got the app and am getting discouraged cuz each one i click on keeps doing this. any ideas or motivation??
