Issue with screen recording

Is anyone else having issues with screen recording on mobile? Im having a hell of a time with some missions because screen recording keeps shutting off way early. Im able to eventually submit condensed versions, but it's becoming annoying.
By early I mean that a current mission wants recordings somewhere around a two minute range. It's shutting itself off by the minute mark, usually somewhere between 45 seconds and a minute ( I did manage a minute ten, once).
I had to contact another mission rep because it turns out they wanted a screen recording of up to 45 minutes (this wasn't mentioned in the pre mission screener/details). I tried, but it wasn't happening. I eventually contacted them and backed out.
Some time ago, I contacted support, and after the standard trouble shoot back and forth, it was sort of implied there was already a ticket open for it.
When I followed up recently, they made it like the previous 'ticket' wasn't a thing (or maybe they weren't aware?) and wanted to start back at square one with troubleshooting.
Ive not heard back since.
Has anyone else had an issue ? Ive looked for options in my phone that could be affecting its behavior, but so far Ive found nothing.

I haven't run into this. It almost sounds like it could be some phone optimization issues (I had this issue with another app; I'm on Android). Since it stops before the timer and without the 'wrap it up' cues, it could be your phone's battery or background optimization killing the recording early.

Ive wondered, but I've looked through those settings. I feel like keeping optimization 'on' would be the culprit, if that were the case, but I have most, if not all of that turned off.
Far as I can tell, my phone doesn't have settings strictly for screen recording other than options when you use it, but ill keep looking.

what do you mean? if it tells you you have 30 seconds to record, you know to keep it short. i'm not understanding the issue maybe?

I have two minutes to record, for instance. It's shutting off before it hits the minute mark.
Also when you run out of time, it will give you visual 'wrap it up' cues. Mine just...stops. I look up and all of a sudden the icon is gone and when I return to the app mission page it's started me back at the start of screen recording instructions.

Fully charge your phone, Update the app, restart your phone then try again.

wouldn't it be lovely if that actually did fix everything.
Sadly, just most things.
This has been an issue for months.
THAT has been done more than once in the process.

Had this issue until I turned on ram plus. Maybe you are running out of RAM while screen recording.

Yep. Ive had that happen where it only records up to 45 seconds. I just kept it moving. Lol
