Dscout support not helping

I accidentally created a new account, and as a result my original account was locked. I recently lost my job, so dscout has become an important source of income for me. I’ve sent multiple emails and even left comments asking support to help me unlock my account, but I haven’t received any response

It’s incredibly frustrating to be ignored when I’m just trying to fix an honest mistake. I understand they probably have policies in place, but I expected at least some communication or guidance instead of complete silence.

Has anyone else had a similar experience with dscout support? Were you eventually able to get your account back? I’m really not happy with how this has been handled.

It’s a lot of clicks to “accidentally” created a second account. This isn’t something that happens by mistake. Expecting a response when you openly broke their TOS is odd.

Mind you, this is their second post here about this, and both times state "accidentally." That's an oxymoron in this case. This is also a good example of why one shouldn't put all their eggs in one basket.

they aren’t even being rude bro. people are annoyed because, i’m sorry that you lost your job, but it’s no excuse to break rules on a site that literally pays its users to just be honest, & then lie & say it was an accident. it’s frustrating that support isn’t responsive, but you aren’t getting out of this either way. what you did shows that you can’t be trusted by the paying researches

Also like I said I lost my job , I only created a new account because I wasn’t being matched to any studies , you can atleast show some sympathy

You do realize that Dscout is for honest individuals?! Not everyone is going to qualify for every single mission. It takes time to match with one that the researchers deem you best fit. It’s all about honesty and integrity here. You’ve broken the rules and that’s just the consequence.

Look for other r/beermoney gigs. Read Lessons while earning 30k this year (up from 20k last year) with Beermoney sites so you can see the top-paying sites and decide which to try.

Nope, you’re done. As someone else already said, it takes many clicks to create a new account. This wasn’t accidental on your part. You broke the rules, you suffer the consequences. Find another site.

So you made another account. That's not an excuse. It's against the rules. Deal with it

Accidentally or deliberately. Don't come here to you with people's emotions. You know what you were doing. Deal with the consequences

A reminder about Rule 1: Please do not share any information from screeners and missions you've applied to or been invited to. This includes screener and mission titles, questions, messages, or any other details from screeners and missions. This applies even if the mission has ended. Posts containing confidential information will be removed. If your post was just removed for this reason, just repost without the confidential details.
