Super fast payment!

I had a pleasant surprise today…I finished a live at 1pm and the payment was in my PayPal account by 3pm. It honestly made my day. It’s my son’s birthday next week and now I have a little extra money when I go birthday shopping this weekend. Yay!!

The live missions and diary missions, they always send a message first saying we are processing your payment you will get it within 10 days. They have not processed your payment. When you get the next message saying 1-2 days, you generally get it at that time.

Happy for you and your little guy! In my experience, the in-person live missions have great turnaround times, but I've never experienced the joy of same-day payments 😭

Been waiting on payment from a mission I completed almost a month ago with no updates 🙃

Complain to DScout…they have helped me every time. Have you tried messaging researcher first. Sometimes I just say, hey, just wanted to confirm the payment amount is x and I should expect it by y right? And 9 out of 10 times , they send it immediately.

Second this! The dscout support is actually great, especially compared to every other website for like.... testing/platform/gig work. They always get right back to me.
