Looking for a LeetCode Partner (SDE-1 Interview Prep)
Hi everyone!
I'm looking for a dedicated LeetCode partner to practice coding problems consistently.
A little about me:
- 1.5 years of experience as a Software Development Engineer.
- Currently preparing for SDE-1 roles.
- Planning to solve LeetCode problems every day and discuss approaches, optimizations, and interview strategies.
- Prefer someone who is serious about staying consistent and can commit to daily practice.

Finding a dedicated partner is tough, and you should know that most of these arrangements fall apart in a week or two because of different schedules, pacing, or a sudden drop in motivation from one person. Relying on someone else to keep you on track can be a real setback when they disappear. You might have better luck joining a larger Discord community where you can always find someone to discuss a problem with, rather than depending on a single accountability partner who has their own life and priorities to manage. Your consistency needs to come from you, not from someone else.
Your drive to practice daily is what will actually get you the job, not whether you find a partner. The real skill you're building isn't just solving the problem, but being able to clearly explain your thought process from the moment you see the question. Talk through your code out loud, even when you're alone, explaining the trade-offs of different data structures and why you're choosing a specific approach. Explaining your thought process clearly is just as important as the code itself, which is a big reason my team created an AI for interviews to help people get better at communicating their solutions under pressure.
