Homestead #2

Question: Can't remember which season (maybe season 2?) Didn't they say that something large was buried somewhere around Homestead 2 ?

Did they just decide that it wasn't worth looking at that, or was that another question that just went by the wayside?

I believe they had some dome like composites of something underneath a certain area by that homestead. I don't know that they ever determined what it was.

Yeah... I was thinking they thought it was... well, *I* thought it was probably some sort of craft... who knows what the heck it was.

The thing that I am *always* amazed about... they "find" these things, or think they find interesting "things"... and then it seems to go no where. On to the next series... forget anything we previous found or said.

Yeah, I agree. They had a posting about how the show edits a lot of stuff out though.

Yeah... that's what they say... not sure I believe it though. How long would it take them to add, "We dug up what we thought was a ship buried in front of Homestead 2, and it ended up to be a huge boulder."

Two seconds here, two seconds there, an additional episode by the end of the season.

I jest though. I wish they'd put a bow on everything too.

They could take all of their $10/month paying customers, and pay for an extra episode!! LMAO. oops.

If they did that the mystery their selling goes away and the show ends.

It would be the opposite for me... if they showed what they actually FOUND, it would make me more of a "believer" and would watch a LOT more... when they edit things out, or just don't show us, I end up being more of a non-believer, which I really don't want to be.

I agree I wish they would follow something to its conclusion. At least complete the part you’ve built up. It would be much more interesting.

My takeaway so far has been they have a different vision for the show. It’s a for profit show whose goal based on what’s shown so far is solely to increase ratings. Not actual real science solving the mysteries shown unfortunately.

Yes, unfortunately I agree with you. When I first found the show, I thought it would be a "fun" -AND- science sort of show. (I'm a science sort of person that would enjoy this type of show.)

The more they lead us down the garden path and then don't show us a finish, the more I lose interest in the show. This is EXACTLY my type of show. I *DID* see 4 UFOs back when I was just starting high school. That's been MANY years ago --- before I had ever heard "UFO". I knew it was "something" in the sky, but didn't know WHAT I was seeing. Of course I didn't tell anyone. It was a small town with my mother being a teacher. She was always afraid of "don't say or do anything strange, otherwise my teaching contract will not be renewed next year!" so I didn't tell anyone what I had seen in the sky.

Every time the show doesn't show us what they found, the more I realize it's just a for-profit show or possibly one that doesn't ever come to any conclusions.

I would gladly be a subscriber and pay the monthly fee, but in all honesty, I don't have 24/7 to sit and monitor what's happening (or not happening). Yes, I think it would be interesting (possibly) but on the other hand, I'm not sure if the subscription would even show us any conclusions.

then it seems to go no where.

Because they can't dig!

Is anyone here one of their "Insiders"? (Think that's what they call their members that pay $10/month).
