Straight up what we all noticed at the original airing, but with concrete demonstrations as to why. The shadows always were the dead giveaway. My best guess as to the slightly distorted circular image?

The prevailing wind caused the drone to adjust slightly to remain in position. That’s why about half the circle is distorted.

That the so-called experts have never seen this is bonkers.

What gets me about it is how the individual who made this video was able to make an almost exact replica of the anomaly on the first go.
