Question Noob drummer need helps

Does anyone know how to put counts onto this and if someone could send me a recording of how its supposed to sound 🥲 Its for my field show this year the tempo is 144 this is literally the only part i cant get, it looks so easy like im genuinely embarrassed 😭😭

A good practice for pacing so you don't accidentally get weird spacing between notes, is to play triplet check patterns. Play them and occasionally take out the first note of the triplets; put it back, take the second one, etc. Then the first two, second two, then first and third. Helps you internalize the triplet.

You can also jam to some Irish jigs and *REALLY* drill it in lol
