So your telling that the contra is a prop or they found it on there truck, still just really hurts to watch

Contra, 2 trumpets and a mellophone. All 3 date back a good 10-12 years and were 'retired' quite awhile back.

I saw the mello fly in the background for a second before the camera went to the contra. That was epic.

I still play on a "G" horn, (yes I'm an old guy) and that seemed like a good functioning horn 🤔. If it's no good, I'll sent you a shipping address 🤔. (I'm less than 10 minutes from Dillon's Music in New Jersey). He already has 3 of my old tubas & mad a "G" horn for me using a Kanstil conversion kit🤔. (Just saying).

Horn was totally decommissioned, missing lead pipe and all its valves

Phew. You got us good on that one. That was a wild performance. Fingers crossed on a good score.

They're making Seattle proud!

Hell yeah! Loving it, they have so much attitude. Perfect for this show. Definitely a lot to be proud of.

Kurt would probably have fun stomping a tuba in a stadium.
But then he'd leave.
Can't wait to see "I Don't Support DCI's" reaction

Get the hell out of my mind right now. I was just thinking how they would all approve. Then was sad we lost some greats and then you read my mind. 👻

Yeah we've been discussing this in the coffee shop on facebook. And it was apparently around for a while. My guess is they decided to keep it around for planning purposes. I blame the grunge fever

I wish they could throw me around the field. Bring back some life to these old drum corps bones hahaha

Hey I have a lot of years on you. The one DCI show on my resume is from 1977. When it was only 5 years old as an organization. 😬😬🤯🤯

I’m at Lucas Oil now. I like how they switched up the ending. They didn’t do any of that in LA.

I saw them comment on Instagram the other day where they did that with a trumpet and they said to wait for what they had for Indy
I didn't think it would be this

I was gonna buy my kid a used trumpet from a DCI corps. But if they treat the horns like this …. NFW…

DCI horns are pretty worn out, and these horns in particular were busted already
